HR Administrator, People Operations
We are looking for a skilled People Operations Administrator with experience working across Europe. You will work closely with the regional People Operations Managers, providing administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. You will be confident managing your own workload, working as part of remote team, and strive for continuous development while living our values and putting our people at the heart of everything we do. This role will be located in Ireland reporting to SVP, People Operations.
Requirements
Track record of successfully administering employee life cycle processes across Europe
Experience complying with government regulations and legal requirements
Professional fluency in English is essential and French is preferred, both written and oral. Any other language is considered a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and HRIS systems.
Experience working in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
Experience of using Workday is advantageous
