Requirements
5+ years overall, with at least 3 years in HR Business Partnering
Strong networking and communications skills
Ability to innovate and think strategically.
Commercial acumen - numerate, analytical & professional
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and have experience working with international teams and with people with different cultural backgrounds
High energy and ability to balance governance with people agenda.
Responsibilities

When you join the Vodafone Investments HR team you will do a lot of work. You will be in charge of big projects. One of these projects is setting up. Supporting the Future Platforms function. The Future Platforms function is very important because it helps Vodafone achieve its goal of connectivity. As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with the leaders of the business. You will help make sure that the people who work at Vodafone are working towards the goals as the business. You will do this by making sure the people strategies are in line with what the business wants to achieve. You will be doing all of this in a workplace with people from different countries. The Vodafone Investments HR team is counting on you to help the Future Platforms function succeed. You will be a person, in making sure that Vodafones people are working together to achieve the companys goals.
Provide operational, tactical, and strategic HR consulting to support organizational goals.
We need to know what the business requires and help the business make choices about the people who work there. The business needs to make the right people decisions. We have to support the business to do that. This means we have to understand the business and the business needs so we can help the business make decisions, about people.
Support with HR activities such as strategic reviews of organizational efficiency, resource utilizations, gender diversity, and talent development opportunities.
Provide HR expertise with the Vodafone Investments team on cyclical HR activities; PD and ARR processes, Spirit Beat, Detailed Budget and general HR queries, as required
Maintain a strong relationship with a variety of stakeholders, both internally: as well as externally
