Requirements

Person Specification:

Required:

Bachelor degree or above in STEM field (science, technology, engineering) with strong quantitative ability
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint for data visualization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Basic understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition principles.
Proactive learner with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.
Fluent in written and spoken business English; additional languages a plus.
Working 5 days a week.

Desired:

Understanding of talent dynamics in Tech Area through academic projects or extracurricular research
Exposure to HR analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn) or certifications in People Analytics
Advanced proficiency in English with Mandarin fluency for fluent communication with different candidates

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time employee who is proactive, detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about talent strategy. As a key member of the HR team, you will support talent mapping, workforce analytics, and industry research to drive data-informed recruitment activities, support campus recruitment activities, enablement of recruitment processes, and Q&A. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces multitasking, and exhibits a curiosity to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze regional talent market data through open channels to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist in creating talent heat maps and workforce segmentation models for key roles.
Pay attention to the talent flow in the industry and prepare the talent flow dynamic report.
Support recruitment channel optimization through data-driven analysis.
Keep an eye on potential candidates, keep pace with the hiring team, and update reports.
Organize or support campus recruitment activities
Enablement and answer questions arising from the recruitment process
