Key Account Manager - Mobile divison
We are seeking a Key Account Manager Mobile who is ready to shape the future of technology by delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will take full ownership of one of our most strategic online accounts in the Benelux region. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, and promoting Samsung’s innovative portfolio of smartphones, tablets, and wearables. By developing and executing comprehensive account plans, you will build sustainable partnerships that strengthen Samsung’s reputation for quality and innovation. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow key customer relationships across online channels, ensuring that revenue, investment, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently achieved. This is a high-impact role where your performance will directly influence one of our most important partnerships in the region.
Requirements

7. You hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline.
8. You have 5+ years as a Key Account Manager or 8+ in a senior sales role.
9. You have proven experience in sales and stakeholder management.
10. Telecom industry experience is considered a strong advantage.
11. You are professionally fluent in both Dutch and English.
12. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
