Requirements
6+ years of experience in Learning
For this job the main things you need to be good at include consulting with people teaching adults in a way that really works, understanding how businesses make money helping groups of people work together figuring out if the learning plan is actually working and making a difference and managing projects from start to finish. You need to be skilled at consulting. You also need to be skilled, at applying adult learning theory and developing business acumen and facilitation and measuring the success and impact of the Learning strategy and project management skills.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
Proven influencing and relationship management skills
Proactive leadership and motivational skills
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
