Requirements
8 or more years of experience as a brand strategist/consultant or similarly strategic role (can be at a brand or creative agency)
Belief in the power of strategy to help unlock [effective] creative thinking and solutions
Demonstrated experience leading and driving creative strategy with well-known brands and their leaders
Demonstrated ability to use research, insights and analytics to inform strategy Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results
Effective presentation skills and [strong] communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with senior executives from inside and outside of Netflix

Responsibilities
We want to find a Brand and Creative Strategist who has worked with lots of brands. This person will come up with. Lead the creative plan for our Brand Partnerships in the United Kingdom. They will also help our team think about what brand and entertainment partnerships will look like in the future. The Brand and Creative Strategist will join a team that already exists and is growing. This team is responsible for making sure our creative work is excellent and, for finding new ways for Netflix to work with brands.
You will be in charge of coming up with campaigns for Netflix UKs big brand partnerships on important shows. This means you will pitch Netflix UKs ideas develop them and make them happen for partner programs. The goal of these campaigns is to get fans of Netflix UK more excited about the shows and to get people talking about the content when it comes out. You will work on campaigns, for Netflix UKs brand partnerships to help achieve this.
This will involve working with our EMEA Marketing Partnerships Strategy Lead and also our team of marketers who work with our partners in different areas like Top-tier Creative and Media agencies. We are talking about our EMEA Marketing Partnerships Strategy Lead and our team who work with our partners. The person we are looking for will have a lot of experience working with partners to come up with a plan. They will be in charge of the strategy for the Marketing Team. They will be responsible for the thing from start to finish, which is the creative strategy, for the Marketing Team.
Key responsibilities:
Building the strategic vision for key brand partnerships, across a selection of titles launching in the UK
We get ideas from our partners and the people who do marketing for us. We use these ideas to figure out what we want to do and make a plan. The goal is to come up with ideas that people who like our stuff will really love and want to be a part of. We want our fans to like what we do and engage with the things we make. This helps us develop a vision, for what we want to do. Makes sure that our fans will like it.
We need to think about how we write and plan things and make sure we have a base to work from. This base should show how the partner and the title or IP work together, in a way. We have to build this base from the start so we can make writing strategies and plans that work for the partner and the title or IP.
The partner and the title or IP should be connected in a way that makes sense. We should be able to see how they work together. This will help us make briefs and plans that really work for the partner and the title or IP.
We have to think about what the partner and the title or IP need and make sure our writing strategies and plans meet those needs. The partner and the title or IP are important. We should make sure we get it right.
Providing guidance and feedback to creative partners, both internal and external
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including (but not limited to) Title Marketing, Ads Measurement, Consumer Products, Consumer Insight and Content
We need to write memos for Netflix Marketing Org that're easy to understand and really make you think. These memos should have ideas and be well written so they can help us make important decisions. Sometimes we will share these memos with people at Netflix and even with people outside of the company. The goal of these memos is to share our thoughts and opinions with the Netflix Marketing Org and help guide our decisions.
