Manager International Income Tax
TELUS is seeking a Manager, International Income Tax to support the strategic planning, compliance, and risk management of Canadian and international income tax operations. In this role, you will guide TELUS’ global tax structure, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and optimizing efficiency across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Director of International Tax, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver accurate reporting, manage audits, and advise on tax implications for corporate initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and treasury activities. This position offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, drive tax strategy, and develop innovative solutions within a dynamic and global organization committed to excellence and ethical practices.

Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years of international income tax experience.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Canadian tax rules and foreign affiliate reporting.
3. Proven ability to analyze complex transactions and provide practical recommendations.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
6. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and proactive problem-solving approach.
7. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and tax research software.
8. CPA designation and completion of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program (preferred).
9. Solid understanding of financial accounting principles.
10. Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
