Manufacturing Cybersecurity Specialist
Roche is seeking a Manufacturing Cyber Specialist - Cyber Resilience to strengthen cybersecurity across its global manufacturing network. This pivotal role bridges the gap between local manufacturing operations and Roche’s global TechOps cybersecurity initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure site-level compliance with cybersecurity standards, oversee risk management, and enhance operational technology (OT) security awareness. Working within the PT Digital and Operational Excellence (PTE) organization, you will help advance Roche’s vision of secure, data-driven, and resilient manufacturing environments. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams-including IT, Engineering, and Quality-to embed security practices into cutting-edge digital manufacturing systems such as Industry 4.0, IoT, and MES. If you have a background in cybersecurity and regulated manufacturing and enjoy connecting technical standards with real-world operations, this role provides a chance to make a lasting impact on global healthcare innovation.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
3. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, GxP, and compliance standards.
4. Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, MES, IoT, Purdue Model, and OT architectures.
5. Proven skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
6. Experience in risk assessment, audits, KPI governance, and compliance reporting.
