Marketing Operations Manager
Agent3 is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support top-tier B2B clients such as Google, Salesforce, and ServiceNow in delivering scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. In this hybrid role, you’ll be a hands-on subject matter expert in marketing automation platforms like Marketo, with a strong understanding of CRMs such as Salesforce. You’ll manage integrations with tools like ON24, ZoomInfo, and 6sense, while optimising lead lifecycle, scoring, and database health. Reporting to the SVP & Head of RevTech & Ops, you’ll also provide technical campaign support, troubleshooting, and performance analysis. Requirements
1. 3+ years' experience in marketing operations or martech roles, ideally within an agency
2. Advanced knowledge of Marketo; experience with other MAPs (HubSpot, Pardot) a plus
3. Working knowledge of Salesforce and its marketing alignment
4. Familiarity with tools such as ON24, Zoom, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase
5. Understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, attribution, and campaign operations
6. Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
7. Experience troubleshooting campaign execution and automation workflows
