We are looking for people that are proficiency and experience in advanced spreadsheet using INFOR AS & SAP (APO).
Previous experience in Liquid Planning, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations (such as Purchasing, Technical, or Logistics) will be advantageous, particularly within a comparably complex supply chain setting.
Responsibilities
In the role of Materials Scheduler, you will report directly to the Site Scheduling Manager, assisting the Scheduling team in providing a thorough production planning service. This involves leveraging your experience in coordinating material deliveries for cider production (ideally), as well as for Process and Packaging, in a way that aligns with supplier order lead times, HEINEKEN's Procurement standards, and enables dependent production activities to meet or surpass Heineken’s Conformance to Schedule objectives. The goal is to find the ideal balance between material availability, storage capacity, and working capital value alongside the scheduling team. This entails continuously managing communication flows with stakeholders and utilizing your listening and communication skills to foster strong interdepartmental relationships.
