Model-Based Systems Engineer
As a Systems Engineer for Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) you will lead and employ MBSE approaches to developing Systems Engineering products using SysML and MBSE tools to capture, maintain, and visualize needed views of model data to communicate systems and facilitate automation of Systems Engineering integration with other domains.
Requirements
Experience performing Systems Engineering activities associated with Model Based applications
• Familiar with Model Based Systems Engineering practices and implementation
• 2+ years of direct Cameo modeling experience with demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of SysML
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret as the final clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experience using system modeling tools (Cameo, Rhapsody, MagicDraw, etc.) to solve systems engineering problems.
• Experience with system engineering on Fleet Ballistic Missile or missile defense system
• Experience with process development and deployment
• Experience with DOORS
• Working knowledge of MBSE-related Digital Engineering activities and implementation
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies
• Prior FBM Missile or other Missile or Missile Defense experience (to include threat system)
• Preference will be given to applicants with:
• >1 year program work experience in a structured Agile Environment
• Documented LM Systems Engineering Bootcamp Training completion
• Active Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities
Support MBSE efforts on multiple programs; solicit stakeholder needs for MBSE implementation
• Develop architecture and interface model data
• Elicit stakeholder needs and requirements for input into architecture models
• Use system data to develop modeling and architecture data for assembly, integration and verification
