We even help with getting the goods if the customer returns them. We do all this for our logistics customers.

Requirements
Previous Operations Management or similar experience is essential
Experience within an Automotive industry/sector would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
Proven organizational abilities, efficiently coordinating multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Capability of deploying strategic plans for the operation
Ability to manage customer relationship
Strong level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills
Proven people management skills and able to challenge in the right way, being a 21st century manager
Responsibilities
To take charge of the day to day running of things. Make sure everything is safe and works well. This will help us do things the way we are supposed to and make the customer happy. We need to make sure the operation is safe and efficient so we can meet the standards and keep the customer satisfied, with our operation.
The customer service person will try to solve any problems the customer is having before they even ask. This way the customer will be happy.
Drive a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards
By doing this we can drive a culture of improvement at our company.
Enable the effective implementation of the OMS KPI Tree by establishing SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) targets for each indicator
We will have a meeting to look at how we did, during the shift. The site manager and Second Line Leadership will be there. We will talk about the Performance Scorecard. This will help the whole team see what they need to do to get better. The team will know what actions to take to improve their performance. We want the entire operational team to understand what they need to work on.
The Performance Scorecard will show us what we did well and what we did not do well. The site manager and Second Line Leadership will help us figure out what to do. We will look at the Performance Scorecard. See what actions the team needs to take.
Clearly communicate the objectives and KPIs relevant to your team, ensuring alignment on the frequency of tracking and reporting methods
Review Monthly Resource Planning comparing real vs. forecast of volumes, volume profile and resources assigned
