Portfolio Operations and Communications Advisor
Sanofi is seeking a Portfolio Operations and Communications Advisor under the VIE (International Volunteer Program) to support its Global Medical Affairs Specialty Care team. Based in Morristown, USA, this position is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic communication, portfolio planning, and executive-level operations in a global biopharmaceutical setting. The role focuses on coordinating internal communications, preparing high-impact presentations for senior leadership, and supporting cross-functional medical affairs initiatives across a fast-paced, international environment. Requirements
1. Must be a citizen of the EU, Norway, Liechtenstein, or Iceland (excluding U.S. citizens).
2. Must be aged 18-28 to qualify for the VIE program.
3. Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Communications required.
4. Prior experience in communications, project coordination, or medical affairs preferred.
5. Scientific background is a strong advantage.
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
8. Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
9. Professional demeanor with the ability to engage executive leadership.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in diverse, cross-cultural teams.
