Principal Customer Solutions Architect
TELUS is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Architect in Montréal to lead strategic solution design and enterprise technology roadmaps for major business clients. Acting as a trusted advisor to executives, you will bridge business vision with innovative technology strategy across domains such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and IoT. In this senior leadership role, you’ll identify business development opportunities, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in revenue growth, customer success, and technology innovation while mentoring other architects and influencing TELUS’s national service direction. This is an ideal opportunity for a bilingual (English/French) professional with deep telecom or IT expertise who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys translating complex business needs into technical reality.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 15+ years of Telecom/IT industry experience; 10+ years in solution architecture or pre-sales.
3. Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional technical teams.
4. Advanced communication and client engagement skills.
5. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
6. Bilingual proficiency in English and French (advanced English required).
7. Experience creating solution roadmaps and strategic business proposals.
8. Familiarity with sales governance processes and profitability models.
9. Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, Cisco, or Juniper preferred.
