Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal PS (Professional Services) Sales Consultant with deep expertise in Application Development, DevSecOps, and Cloud Transformation. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with strategic customers, particularly in the public sector to understand their business objectives, design tailored services solutions, and support the delivery of transformative digital initiatives.

Requirements

Professional Experience in services sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting, preferably within software or cloud environments.

Public Sector Experience working with government or regulated industries.

Strong understanding of Application Development practices, such as microservices, APIs, and agile methodologies.

Knowledge of DevSecOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing/security tools.

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions, from design to deployment and operationalization.

Strong communication skills capable of translating technical concepts into business language.

Effective leadership and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Proven account management capabilities and experience driving pipeline growth (both reactive and proactive).

Must currently hold and maintain a high-level security clearance (due to public sector client requirements).

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for Application Development, DevSecOps, and Cloud Transformation initiatives.

Lead one or more solution areas, focusing on people, process, technology, and data to drive customer outcomes.

Drive a pipeline development plan and ensure alignment with strategic solution plays.

Guide customers through deployment roadmaps to support operational efficiency and scalability.

Lead deal teams (including Client Managers, Software Sales, and Cross-Business Unit Sales) to craft winning propositions.

Support the implementation and delivery of solutions to ensure alignment with client goals and technical environments.

Collaborate with Account Executives and PS Client Managers to develop digital transformation strategies.

Manage customer relationships while navigating budgetary, legal, and regulatory constraints.

Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery, identifying opportunities for upsell or expansion.

When needed, work closely with delivery teams to support design, execution, and outcome delivery.
