Dell Technologies is seeking a seasoned Product and Solutions Sales Specialist to join its Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) on the Public Sector Team. This senior-level role requires a deep understanding of Dell’s products and services, as well as strong consultative selling experience. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll provide technical insights and solutions that address complex customer needs, working alongside the outside sales team to drive growth and value. You’ll engage with senior-level decision-makers, guide product positioning, and help shape the future of technology for Dell’s public sector clients. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that demands a mix of relationship-building, product expertise, and innovative thinking. Requirements
1. 8-12 years of experience in a relationship-based, technical sales role
2. Advanced knowledge of technical products and industry-standard technologies
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Strong understanding of product configurations and service solutions
5. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
