Product Manager, Dermatology
Sanofi is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and execution of brand plans for DUPIXENT in Dermatology across Canada. In this fixed-term role, you will drive marketing strategies through deep customer insights, cross-functional leadership, and alignment with global brand teams. The position demands expertise in market evaluation, brand positioning, omnichannel strategy, and performance tracking to maximize brand potential and long-term value. As a key contributor to both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, you will oversee advisory boards, manage agencies, forecast revenues, and support product access and reimbursement strategies. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of product management or related marketing experience.
Strong understanding of dermatology and biologics markets preferred.
Experience with patient access programs and payer dynamics.
Proven skills in marketing strategy, segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial planning.
Familiarity with omnichannel strategy, KPIs, and implementation.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual in English; French is an asset.
Ability to travel up to 20% within Canada and internationally.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand plans for DUPIXENT Dermatology based on customer and patient insights.
Collaborate with global brand teams to align marketing strategy and messaging.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop long-range brand strategies for current and future indications.
Analyze market dynamics, treatment landscapes, and competitor activities to inform tactics.
Ensure timely execution of annual brand plans and deliver performance results.
Manage advisory boards, national campaigns, and omnichannel initiatives.
Oversee third-party agency management and resource optimization.
Support market access and reimbursement initiatives across Canada.
Contribute to clinical and research strategy with Medical Affairs.
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability for the product.
Partner with sales leaders to set field force objectives and align execution.
Participate in domestic (regular) and international (occasional) business travel.
