Project Engineer (1LMX Data / Dynamic Scheduling)

The 1LMX Data team is seeking a talented Product Owner for the Dynamic Scheduling (DS) team. This individual will lead the development efforts, continuous improvement, and ongoing maintenance for the assigned products and capabilities.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and control
• Experience with Jira
• Experience or familiarity with Focus Build
• Understanding of earned value methods
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to travel
• US citizenship is required due to system access
Desired Skills:
• Experience with crew scheduling, machine utilization, factory and enterprise scheduling
• Knowledge of supply chain systems and technologies
• Knowledge of ROADS and risk process
• Earned Value experience (Control Account Management)
• Agile certification (i.e. Product Owner, SAFe)
• Experience with cloud-based supply chain platforms, such as SAP or Kinaxis
• Proven Project Lead Management/experience with a demonstrated ability to provide project leadership in a virtual team environment

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
• Partnering with the Value Stream Product Owners (VSPO) and other core teams members, to drive commonality of practices for the product portfolio and leverage best practices to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Maintaining architecture changes, Cross Value Stream Integration (CVSI) closure, requirements management/clarification, and scope change assessment
• Supporting Key Business Decision (KBD) writing and reviews
• Working closely with business transformation leads/product owners, IT solution architects and data architects to support Key Business Decision (KBD) authoring, system configuration, Functional Specification, Integration testing, User/UAT testing, defect evaluation/resolution, and scope change approvals
• Engaging with Business Area representatives to understand pain points, integration points, and future implementation requirements
• Driving cost, technical, and schedule execution, with a focus on meeting delivery commitment dates and budget targets
• Resolving programmatic challenges within your scope and establishing risk mitigation activities
