Requirements

Experience in a HR Shared Service or Operations team, delivering administrative support to key stakeholders.
Solid operational experience in lifecycle administration and key processes – such as managing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and especially Outlook.
Experience using Workday HR systems.
Understanding of overall benefits administration.
Experience in gathering and manipulating data, along with the ability to assist in data analysis to identify trends.
Utilization of AI tools to analyze and enhance existing processes and improve the overall knowledge and capability of the HR Shared Services Team.
Experience in providing initial policy guidance to Employees and Line Managers.
Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable to change.
A strong team player with excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
Outstanding planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and capacity to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and manage personal workload effectively.
A collaborative team player who takes a hands-on approach to actively support the broader team in all tasks.

Responsibilities

To provide excellence in HR as a member of the HR Shared Services team.
By proactively working with both internal and external stakeholders, you will create meaningful experiences.
Utilizing AI and embracing a culture of continuous improvement, you will consistently enhance our "right first time" and employee-centric experience.

Function/Business Unit Overview:

This team manages the employee lifecycle through efficient process management, offering policy advice, and guiding employees throughout their journey, whether directly or in collaboration with other UK teams.

HR colleagues and Leadership Team
HR Information Systems,Group Finance, and Procurement teams
Contracted third-party providers – Occupational Health, Payroll, and Benefits providers

Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:

Oversee, streamline, and, where possible, continually enhance the complete employee cycle (new joiners, transfers, exits, etc.) policies and processes to guarantee a pleasant experience for employees during any changes in their situation.
Effectively handle a shared workload of incoming cases through a shared Outlook Inbox, monitoring workload while proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
Serve as the primary contact for all HR and payroll inquiries, engaging with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues as needed, providing precise and timely advice while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Collaborate with relevant outsourced providers to ensure that monthly, cyclical, and year-end payroll and employee benefits services are delivered according to established KPIs.
Maintain key HR systems effectively, including Workday and our externally hosted Benefits platform.
Assist with any ad-hoc data requests and collaborate with HRIS as necessary to fulfill complex requests.
Contribute to the invoicing process (via SAP) by completing purchase requisitions, orders, and setting up new vendors.
Support project initiatives as required to help achieve broader team goals and priorities.
