Working closely with hiring managers in diverse time zones, you will maintain candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Requirements

1. 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
2. Strong understanding of technology, AI, and technical hiring.
3. Proficiency with recruitment data, analytics, AI-powered tools, ATS, and candidate databases.
4. Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.
5. Native or C2-level English proficiency with strong communication skills.
6. Ability to manage end-to-end recruiting independently.
7. Interest in broader HR functions and cross-departmental support.
8. Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones.
9. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
