Remote Salesforce Full Stack Engineer
Scopic is seeking a Remote Salesforce Full Stack Engineer to design, implement, and maintain end-to-end technical solutions for a fully distributed team. This role involves Salesforce administration and development, integrating AI-assisted coding tools, and building scalable web platforms and internal tools. Requirements
1. Hands-on Salesforce expertise (Apex, Flows, integrations, data management).
2. Solid coding experience in at least two of the following: Python, PHP, TypeScript (Node.js/React).
3. Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.
4. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
5. Proven ability to independently manage development projects end-to-end.
6. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Comfortable handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
8. Availability for at least 6 hours overlap between 6 AM – 2 PM PST.
9. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools is preferred.

Responsibilities
1. Serve as Salesforce administrator and developer: workflows, Apex code, integrations.

3. Maintain and improve web properties (PHP, WordPress).
4. Build internal tools, automation scripts, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
5. Solve ad hoc technical challenges with end-to-end ownership.
6. Coordinate with external development teams for system alignment.
7. Apply AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
8. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, improvements.
