Remote SEO/GEO Lead
Scopic is seeking a Remote SEO/GEO Lead to drive global digital growth through innovative SEO strategies and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) approaches. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical SEO expertise with leadership skills to mentor a team, enhance organic search performance, and expand Scopic’s presence in AI-driven search platforms. This role requires hands-on involvement in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives, along with advanced analytics, performance tracking, and trend monitoring. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure SEO strategies align with business goals. This position offers flexibility, a fully remote environment, and the opportunity to implement AI-powered SEO strategies while contributing to Scopic’s international growth.
Salary: Not specified by the company. Estimated global hourly pay: US $45–$90 per hour for senior SEO/GEO specialists with leadership experience. Actual pay may vary by experience, region, and skills.

Requirements
1. 7+ years of professional SEO experience, including team leadership.
2. Proven track record of driving SEO growth in competitive industries.
3. Strong technical SEO knowledge: site audits, crawling, indexing, schema, speed optimization.
4. Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, link-building, and digital PR.
5. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
6. Familiarity with servers, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
7. Experience with AI/LLM-driven SEO experimentation (preferred).
8. Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
9. Advanced written and spoken English.
10. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
