Rilzabrutinib Medical Launch Lead
Sanofi is seeking a Rilzabrutinib Medical Launch Lead to join its Global Medical Rare Disease Organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Rare Launch and Pipeline Portfolio, this highly visible leadership role will drive global medical strategy and pre-launch readiness for Rilzabrutinib, a first-in-class treatment for Immune Thrombocytopenia (ITP). This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of rare hematologic treatment and play a key leadership role in the development, evidence generation, labeling, and managed access strategy across initial and potential future indications. You'll work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders, including the Global Product Team and Medical Evidence Generation team, and provide strategic direction through waive-1 submissions and global rollout. Requirements
1. Medical Degree (MD) or PhD in life sciences required
2. Deep expertise in rare hematologic disorders (especially ITP/wAIHA)
3. 10+ years in evidence generation or clinical development (biotech/pharma)
4. Recognized thought leader or global KOL status preferred
5. Strong public speaking and external stakeholder engagement skills
6. Experience with health authorities and regulatory bodies
7. Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global environment
8. Previous team leadership and budget management preferred
9. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
10. Fluency in English required; multilingual is a plus
