Sales Manager - Account Executive Team
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of new logo Account Executives who are hungry to win. You’ll coach, operate, and push the team to execute at the highest level. You’ll own pipeline, forecast, performance — and everything in between.
You’ll report directly to the SVP of Sales, inherit a team of talented AEs, and plug into a strong foundation: Gong scorecards ✅, enablement support ✅, SDR pipeline ✅, sales engineering support ✅. But we’re not hiring a caretaker — we want a builder. A coach. A driver. Someone who wakes up thinking about how to make the team better today.
Requirements
5+ years in B2B sales, 2+ years managing full-cycle AE teams
Proven track record driving KPIs: pipeline, quota, win rate, velocity
Coaching mindset — you know how to level up reps through structure, feedback, and accountability
Operational excellence — you don’t just run a team, you run a machine
Pace + pressure — you get energy from solving problems fast
SaaS sales experience (ACVs $30K+, 60–90 day cycles)
Background in food distribution or restaurant operations
