We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of new logo Account Executives who are hungry to win. You’ll coach, operate, and push the team to execute at the highest level. You’ll own pipeline, forecast, performance — and everything in between.
You’ll report directly to the SVP of Sales, inherit a team of talented AEs, and plug into a strong foundation: Gong scorecards ✅, enablement support ✅, SDR pipeline ✅, sales engineering support ✅. But we’re not hiring a caretaker — we want a builder. A coach. A driver. Someone who wakes up thinking about how to make the team better today.

Requirements

5+ years in B2B sales, 2+ years managing full-cycle AE teams
Proven track record driving KPIs: pipeline, quota, win rate, velocity
Coaching mindset — you know how to level up reps through structure, feedback, and accountability
Operational excellence — you don’t just run a team, you run a machine
Pace + pressure — you get energy from solving problems fast

SaaS sales experience (ACVs $30K+, 60–90 day cycles)
Background in food distribution or restaurant operations

Responsibilities

Hire and grow top talent — recruit A-players and develop them into killers
Grow our customer base — your team will be 100% focused on new logo acquisition for Pepper
Own team performance — quota attainment, pipeline coverage, win rate, sales velocity, ramp time
Coach to win — run 1:1s, inspect Gong calls, give real feedback, and raise the floor and the ceiling
Forecast like a pro — inspect deals, challenge assumptions, and deliver numbers that hold up to VP + board scrutiny
Drive urgency — unblock deals, push pace, and make sure no thread goes cold
Work cross-functionally — partner closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategy, shape feedback loops, and ensure the sales team has the tools, messaging, and support needed to win
Travel (~25% of the month) — customer visits, team onsites, and company events
