Requirements
Proven Experience: Success as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in digital transformation or finance environments.
Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in complex settings.
Facilitation Skills: Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for team development.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience in driving change and improvement in dynamic organizations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire and influence diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach in the Strategy Program and People team at Siemens Energy you will be very important in helping people understand and use methods in the Digital Finance organization. You will help teams have meetings teach teams and other people about agile principles and always look for ways to improve which will help Siemens Energys Digital Finance organization successfully complete new and innovative digital finance projects. Your work will be very important in helping create a workplace where people work together are open with each other and do a job, which is what Siemens Energys Digital Finance organization needs to be successful, with digital finance initiatives and agile methods.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Agile Facilitation: Lead agile teams in effectively applying Scrum and other frameworks for high-quality digital finance solutions.
Coaching and Mentoring is really important. It is about inspiring the team members and the stakeholders to follow values and practices. This helps to make the team work better on its own. The Coaching and Mentoring helps the team to be more self organized. The team members learn to make their decisions and work together as a team. This is what Coaching and Mentoring is, about it helps the team to understand and follow agile values and practices.
Continuous Improvement: Identify impediments, facilitate retrospectives, and promote a culture of learning and optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in Corporate and BA Finance.
Change Enablement: Advocate for an agile mindset, supporting teams in adopting new processes and technologies.
