Senior Administrative Assistant Rare Blood Patient Support Services
Sanofi is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Head of US Patient Support Services, Rare Blood Disorders & Oncology, with an indirect reporting line to the Head of US Patient Services for Rare Diseases. This key role provides high-level administrative support, manages complex schedules, communications, and travel, and handles sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams. With responsibilities ranging from calendar coordination and presentation creation to onboarding and offboarding support, this position is vital to ensuring the seamless operation of high-impact leadership functions. Requirements
1. High School Diploma with 5+ years' experience or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years' experience
2. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
3. Experience handling confidential information with discretion
4. Exceptional organizational and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
6. Professionalism in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
7. Experience creating reports, presentations, and managing calendars
8. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
9. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
10. Comfortable interacting with senior leadership
11. Experience coordinating travel and meetings
