Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) from a leading University. Master’s degree or MBA is desirable
10+ years of business development experience in hi-tech selling technology solutions
Strong customer/partner relationship skills proven across multiple countries
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to do market assessments
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Understanding and expert delivery of key features, product messages, positioning.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Knowledge of Agentic AI, combined with deep understanding of government operations and local AI landscape in the target market.
Possess a contact base of key government officials, deep domain expertise, and an understanding of sales and buying practices in government.
Passion and experience in communicating sophisticated technical content such as AI, while articulating the value of AI.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment

Responsibilities

Collaborate with field sales, solution architects, and developer relations to:

Drive the HQ Global Public Sector (GPS) Industry Business Development (IBD) plan in collaboration with regional Sales and Marketing teams. Train NV Sales & NPNs on strategy, sales motion, sales/GTM assets
Ensure strategies have necessary conditions (tools, enablement, training, etc.) to be successful in field/GTM execution.
Advocate for and align HQ technical, business, and sales enablement resources across NVIDIA and our business partners to drive mutual success. Assist sales in engaging the right partners in deals
Understand needs of specific region to champion and disseminate global GPS case studies, blueprints, partner enablement, event support. Available as industry authority for sales calls with AMs – visit customers, understand customer use case/budgets/buying intent
Maintain data for internal reporting on sales activities including Trackers, management updates, pipeline development and sales progression reports as requested on GPS IBD plan goals and strategy planning. Work with Regions and Segments on account coverage, pipeline and revenue targets, & build progress
Provide region case studies and assets to global GPS sales enablement assets and programs – working with marketing and sales operations. Continually maintain and update GTM/sales assets
Develop target account list with regional account owners to ensure account plan development and execution, run opportunity reviews for key deals, share lessons learned and feedback to HQ teams and help close the biggest deals.
Work with Region leadership to identify Light House Accounts: government agencies that are on the forefront of adopting AI. Represent the voice of NVIDIA in forums and events.
Develop and maintain tools and templates for the various engagements with a goal to grow GPU adoption and customers’ wallet share in NVIDIA platform.
Provide guidance and leadership to DevRel to develop and implement strategies to increase platform adoption. Watch for and develop emerging use cases to help cultivate new vertical opportunities
