Senior Business Recruiter
Baseten is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale Baseten’s recruiting strategy in a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company. You will Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders, to identify, engage, and close top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. With Baseten’s strong funding and expanding client base, you’ll directly influence the company’s growth trajectory and talent foundation. This is an ideal position for a strategic recruiter who is passionate about building high-performing teams in the AI and machine learning field.

Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup.
2. Proven ability to source and close candidates for Sales, Marketing, Finance, or People roles.
3. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive and improve recruiting processes.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
