Senior Coder E/m & Surgery Profee

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Senior Coder specializing in E/M and Profee Surgery for its Chennai operations. This role focuses on accurate and compliant conversion of patient data into medical codes, reducing billing denials and ensuring documentation supports surgical coding. Candidates will apply expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS Level II coding, alongside knowledge of NCCI edits and CMS guidelines. A minimum of two years’ experience in Profee Surgery coding with E/M exposure is required, along with certifications such as CPC, CCS, or COC (CPC-A not accepted). This position requires sharp analytical skills, detail orientation, and familiarity with coding software and EMR systems like EPIC or Cerner.
