Senior Director, Alliances & Operations
OpenText, a global leader in information management, is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join as Senior Director, Channel and Alliances Strategy & Operations. This individual will lead the development and execution of the global channel and partner strategy across all business units. The role is pivotal in driving growth through innovative channel programs, building strategic alliances, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product teams to align partner efforts with organizational goals. With over a decade of experience in channel strategy and operations, you will bring analytical rigor, executive presence, and a proven ability to scale partner ecosystems. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about shaping the future of partnerships in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Requirements
12+ years in channel strategy, partner operations, or GTM leadership roles in the software industry
Demonstrated success in scaling partner ecosystems (MSPs, GSIs, resellers, OEMs)
Strong analytical and operational background; familiarity with Salesforce, partner portals, and analytics tools
Executive-level communication and influence skills
Experience in SaaS transformation and understanding of channel economics is a strong plus

Responsibilities
Define and execute a global partner strategy aligned with business goals
Partner with BU leaders across Enterprise, Cybersecurity, and International to build cohesive partner strategies
Incubate new strategic partnerships (OEMs, Solex, emerging tech)
Design scalable, high-impact partner programs and GTM plans
Oversee operational processes including deal registration, MDF management, and lifecycle management
Track and act on performance data related to partner and channel success
Ensure systems and processes support seamless partner onboarding and engagement
Lead cross-functional collaboration to align and integrate partner strategies
Represent the voice of partners in executive and strategic forums
