Senior Facilities Services Coordinator
STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Facilities Services Coordinator to join our Facilities Operations team at the Cambridge, UK facility. In this role, you will manage and coordinate a variety of internal service requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day facility operations. Responsibilities include triaging ticketing requests, onsite vendor management, and collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to maintain a safe and efficient environment. You will also support incident management, access control, and communication efforts related to facility services. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of coordination experience, preferably in facilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to delivering excellent customer service. Requirements
3-5 years of experience in coordination or administration; facilities experience preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) is an asset.
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with the ability to follow protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist with facility incidents via the internal Facility Incident Management team.
Manage the access control process for the Cambridge facility.
Monitor service levels of internal and external providers continuously onsite.
Gather requirements and coordinate services between internal stakeholders and external contractors.
Collaborate on drafting internal communications and reporting on quality audits to ensure compliance.
Liaise with the landlord for internal and external facility requests.
Support laboratory teams with consumable restocking and waste removal.
Act as backup to the site Senior Administrator.
