Capita Public Service is hiring a Senior Finance & Procurement Functional Analyst to support the design and implementation of innovative finance and procurement services for a major transformation programme. In this role, you’ll contribute to a multi-phase initiative that enhances user experience, improves service design, and aligns with Capita’s solution capabilities. Working closely with the Finance & Procurement Functional Lead, you’ll design service models, create standard operating procedures, and support system integration within a modern ERP environment. Ideal candidates will have solid shared service design experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion. This home-based role offers a chance to make an impact in shaping future-ready financial service delivery across a high-profile client programme.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in shared service design and implementation for Finance & Procurement.
2. Familiarity with ERP systems and service transition planning.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively across dispersed and multidisciplinary teams.
4. Understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) methodology and service lifecycle.
5. (Desirable) Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
6. (Desirable) Experience supporting phased service transfers and interim service states.
7. (Desirable) Awareness of digital accessibility, inclusion, and ethical standards in public services.
8. (Desirable) Background in post-transition hypercare and operational readiness support.
