The Senior Financial Analyst, Compensation will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the monthly commission payroll. This role demands a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with extensive experience in Commissions and Finance. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to optimize processes and possess a substantial background in sales compensation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related area.
5+ years of sales compensation experience
Experience with Xactly.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with commission calculations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience in a high-growth, sales-driven organization.
Track record of providing innovative solutions and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Ensure individual quota attainment and commission payout are calculated correctly, and payroll is submitted for timely payout
Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality when loaded to Xactly.
Manage payment issues/escalations, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and identify opportunities for preventative measures
Provide support as subject matter expert in Sales Compensation Review meetings
Ensure compliance with sales compensation policies and SOX requirements and maintain supporting documents
Partner with cross-functional teams regularly to build constructive relationship and drive continuous cross-functional process improvement
Participate in User Acceptance Test for system plan implementation and updates
Provide support for any ad hoc business requirements
