Senior Global Benefits Analyst
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Global Benefits Analyst to design, implement, and optimize global benefits programs for a multi-region workforce. You will drive operational excellence in benefits administration, vendor management, compliance, and data analysis across diverse geographies. Partnering with Total Rewards, HR Operations, and business leaders, you will translate strategy into scalable global benefits solutions that enhance employee experience and align with company objectives. Your role will involve leading complex global benefits initiatives, benchmarking and analyzing cost and utilization trends, and ensuring consistent global policy execution. This position is ideal for a driven professional passionate about global benefits, thrives in a remote work environment, and can navigate multi-jurisdictional challenges while delivering results.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience managing benefits programs in a global or multinational context.
3. Strong expertise in vendor management, global regulatory compliance, benefits analytics, and dashboards.
4. Proficiency in using data to drive decisions, benchmarking, utilisation analysis, cost modelling.
5. Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders across regions and cultures.
6. Proven ability to design and deliver benefits program enhancements in a remote or hybrid environment.
