AstraZeneca is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making within its US Oncology portfolio. Based in Mississauga, you will partner with marketing, sales, forecasting, and market access teams to deliver deep insights and strategic recommendations that support brand performance and growth. Your work will span across managing large datasets, leading advanced quantitative analysis, and translating complex data into compelling, actionable business stories. This highly consultative role involves managing internal and external analytics resources, optimizing vendor execution, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to align analytics plans with commercial objectives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Analytics and Forecasting, this position requires strong analytical skills, healthcare data knowledge (claims, EHRs), and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2. Experience in insights, commercial analytics, or data science
3. Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets
4. Familiarity with patient-level data (IQVIA, Symphony, Flatiron)
5. Strong critical thinking and storytelling ability using data
6. Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
8. Strong communication and presentation skills
9. Experience leading projects or analytics workstreams
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Desired Qualifications:

11. Advanced degree (MBA, Statistics, Engineering, Economics)
12. Oncology or pharmaceutical analytics experience
13. Experience with BI tools like Qlik, MicroStrategy
14. Hands-on work with claims or EHR data
15. Management consulting or project management expertise
