Requirements

What will make you successful?

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring significant experience in developing and driving customer relationships within FMCG, along with proven leadership of teams and change initiatives. You’ll confidently set direction, build cross-functional and customer commitment, and inspire your team to raise performance standards.
Strong commercial acumen is essential, enabling you to source and analyse multiple data points and leverage category and product knowledge to deliver actionable insights. Additionally, given the high level of private label within your customers, a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chains and the commodities market is essential.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll be an inspiring people leader, able to galvanize your team around driving customer growth and delivering positive impact across the organisation.

Some of the key responsibilities include;

Building strategic customer relationships to promote the Arla Cooperative model, drive branded and Own Label growth, and deliver sales, revenue, and supply chain targets.
Leading commercial performance and negotiations, including co-creating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing senior stakeholder engagement internally and externally.
Driving cross-functional collaboration within Arla and with customers to deliver an end-to-end retailer experience for the Value Retail channel.
Developing and empowering high-performing teams, ensuring capability growth, talent development, and leadership across the commercial function.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance customer service, drive synergies, and contribute to long-term brand and category strategy.
