Skillsoft is seeking a revenue-driven growth marketer to lead enterprise customer acquisition programs. If you're energized by building full-funnel strategies that go beyond lead gen to drive real business transformation, this is your next career move.

You’ll own and execute data-driven campaigns that break through noise and connect with enterprise decision-makers. Using advanced AI tools and leading platforms like 6sense and Salesforce, you’ll partner closely with Sales to target, engage, and convert new logos. This is a high-impact role with autonomy, cutting-edge tech, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

8–10+ years in enterprise B2B marketing with a strong revenue impact.
Proven success in full-funnel, account-based programs that Sales teams value.
Hands-on experience with tools like Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, 6sense, and AI tech.
Analytical mindset, campaign optimization skills, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Acquisition Strategy: Drive pipeline and revenue through bold, measurable campaigns.
AI Personalization: Use AI to deliver hyper-personalized, scalable outreach.
Sales Partnership: Align with Sales to target accounts, accelerate deals, and improve handoffs.
ABM Leadership: Build and lead multi-channel ABM programs with 6sense and Marketing Cloud.
Funnel Acceleration: Create mid- and bottom-funnel programs to shorten sales cycles and boost win rates.
Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate across Product Marketing, Field, Brand, and Ops.
Performance Optimization: Own and improve metrics like CAC, pipeline velocity, and attribution.
