Senior Microsoft AI Developer
Devsu is seeking a Senior Microsoft AI Developer to lead innovation in Generative AI technologies and shape the future of intelligent software solutions. Reporting to the Director of Software Development, you’ll design and implement advanced AI-driven tools, plugins, and microservices using Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit, Azure AI, and OpenAI frameworks. Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Microsoft .NET Development and Azure Services certifications preferred.
3. Proven experience in agile software development at scale.
4. Strong knowledge of Azure AI (OpenAI, Foundry, Functions, Logic Apps, Teams Toolkit).
5. Proficiency in Python, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Expertise in API development, microservices, and cloud architecture.
7. Familiarity with RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse).
8. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (English B2+).

Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement AI-driven software using Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit and Azure technologies.
2. Translate business needs into scalable, efficient AI solutions.
3. Build and integrate APIs, plugins, and microservices architectures.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile Scrum methodologies.
5. Optimize and automate workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Graph connectors, and AI Search.
6. Maintain CI/CD best practices through GitHub and Azure DevOps.
7. Support UX optimization through AI-enhanced user feedback loops.
8. Troubleshoot and support applications across the development lifecycle.
9. Mentor junior developers and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
