Senior Power Platform & Copilot Developer
Devsu is seeking a Senior Power Platform & Copilot Developer to design and deliver advanced enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI tools. Reporting to the Power Platform CoE Lead, you’ll help create innovative, scalable applications that enhance efficiency and drive business transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross-regional teams to develop, review, and optimize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and AI-driven Copilot integrations. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer with a passion for low-code solutions, modern cloud architectures, and agile methodologies. This is a fully remote opportunity to work on high-impact, world-class projects for clients across the Americas while developing your expertise in next-generation AI and automation tools.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Microsoft Power Platform Development Certifications.
3. 1+ year with Copilot Studio and 2–3 years with Power Automate/Power Apps.
4. Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit.
5. Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
6. Proficiency with RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse).
7. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile, and SDLC practices.
8. Knowledge of UX principles and prototyping.
9. Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and API integrations.
10. Strong English communication skills (B2+).
