Deadline: Not specified
Full Time Senior Product Management

As our first senior sales leader, you will own the go-to-market strategy, pipeline growth, and revenue execution across enterprise, OEM, and channel sales. You’ll design scalable sales processes, build a world-class team, and secure high-value partnerships—while still rolling up your sleeves to close new deals.

You’ll work closely with marketing and product to align messaging, pricing, and market positioning, and you’ll be responsible for setting the sales playbook that fuels Iris’ growth over the coming years. This is a rare opportunity to build a global sales engine from the ground up in a high-growth, industry-defining company.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is both strategic and execution-focused, and has deep experience in the video, AI, AV, or Broadcast markets.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in software-integrated hardware or IoT.

Proven track record of bringing software-based products to market.

Strong understanding of embedded systems, device communication protocols, and cloud-connected hardware.

Experience working with external vendors or OEMs — especially in AV, robotics, or connected devices.

Excellent technical communication and project management skills.

Ability to balance technical depth with market awareness to drive product direction.
Experience with AV standards (NDI, Dante, RTSP, VISCA, UVC).

Background in live production, robotics, or connected consumer devices.

Nice to have:
Familiarity with camera firmware, video protocols, or real-time media systems.

Responsibilities

Own the Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for Iris-enabled hardware, bridging embedded systems, cloud services, and user-facing features.

Drive Go-to-Market: Partner with OEMs and internal teams to launch new devices — from concept through certification and commercial release.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, customer success, and OEM partners to scope features, define requirements, and manage delivery.

Lead Technical Partnerships: Serve as the product lead for integrations with hardware manufacturers — defining joint goals and tracking implementation progress.

Hardware/Software Integration: Translate customer needs and technical constraints into scalable, reliable software-driven hardware products.

Field Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize feedback from OEMs, customers, and internal stakeholders to inform roadmap and product improvements.
