Requirements
Experience leading complex technology and business change with annual budgets upwards of £5m.
Experience working within a highly regulated, financial services environment.
Broad experience/knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies, for example Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, ICE. Partnered ideally with experience of emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation and Digital and Data solutions.
Identifying and handling a broad spectrum of stakeholders across the business and technology teams.
Experience working with third-party suppliers, including delivery management.
Responsibilities
We have a team that can work on things in our General Insurance area. This team can do lots of things. You might be working on projects that change how we do things at General Insurance. These projects could be things, like:
Major platform upgrades and SaaS adoption
M&A and technology integration
Technology innovation, harnessing GenAI, Automation and data
Enhancing pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology
The project manager will also handle any changes to what the project's supposed to do when it is supposed to be done and how much it is supposed to cost. They will do all of this using the rules and make sure all the project papers are correct and up to date. The project manager will monitor the project progress and report on it. They will manage changes, to the project scope the project schedule and the project costs.
