Senior Software Engineer (EDA Tools)
Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its EDA Tools team, where you’ll help revolutionize the way hardware engineering teams interact with Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools. In this role, you’ll design and develop automation software and infrastructure that enhances the scalability, performance, and efficiency of hardware design workflows across Dell’s global product portfolio. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll create software that integrates with industry-standard EDA tools, streamline processes, and explore innovative AI/ML applications. Requirements
1. 5–8 years of experience in software development
2. Strong Python programming skills and understanding of object-oriented design
3. Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and data handling
4. Ability to understand and debug complex code based on design specifications
5. Fast learner capable of picking up new tools, languages, and environments
6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
