Senior Stock Administrator

GitLab is looking for a Senior Stock Administrator to oversee and manage its global equity programs across 60+ countries. Reporting to the Senior Director of Stock Administration, this role will play a critical part in the day-to-day operations of equity plans, ensuring compliance with global requirements and maintaining data integrity. You'll manage stock option exercises, ESPP administration, and grant modifications using the Equity Edge Online/E*TRADE platform. In addition to operational duties, you’ll support compliance audits, develop employee training, and provide top-tier service to participants at all levels.
