Service Analyst - Capita
Capita is hiring a Service Analyst to contribute to the service design and delivery of a major transformation programme for a strategic client. This is a unique opportunity to help define high-quality, user-centric services across HR, Finance, and Payroll. Reporting to the Service Architect, you'll support the development of service blueprints, standard operating procedures, and testing plans, ensuring a seamless end-user experience. Requirements
1. Experience in shared service design across multiple business functions
2. Familiarity with ERP platforms and service transition planning
3. Strong collaboration skills with distributed teams
4. Knowledge of UX design and accessibility standards
5. Understanding of GDS methodology and service lifecycle
6. (Desirable) Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
7. (Desirable) Background in phased service transitions
8. (Desirable) Awareness of digital accessibility, inclusion, and ethics in public services
9. (Desirable) Experience supporting hypercare/post-transition readiness
