ServiceNow Architect / IRM Compliance SME

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect / IRM Compliance SME to lead the design and implementation of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This fully remote role is focused on helping enterprise clients meet complex regulatory compliance requirements through automation, strategy development, and platform customization. The ideal candidate brings at least 7 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with ServiceNow and 2 years specifically in IRM modules. A strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR is required. You will collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to develop reporting tools, regulatory workflows, and risk management strategies. This role requires a U.S. citizen and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
