This role is located in Seattle, WA. To qualify, you must be willing and able to work out of this location.
This position is not eligible for F1 and J1 students. It is not available for any work sponsorship.
Our paid internship program runs for 12 weeks between May/June 2026 - August/September 2026.

Atlassian Site Reliability is a necessary part of Atlassian's mission to build the best SaaS services in the world. We are at the core of learning for our company, helping Atlassian go fast by providing real time feedback on production systems. We work side by side with the product family and platform developers to maintain services and performance. We are a data-driven team, using a variety of data collection, enrichment, analytics and visualizations to learn about how complex systems operate.
Requirements
To be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship and graduating by June 2027
Have experience programming in Go, Java, Ruby or Python
To be a collaborator with team members near and far
Have an interest into industry trends (technology, methods and tooling)
Have experience with scripting - we don't want you doing repetitive work!
Love to solve complicated problems
Are able to commit to a 12 week full-time (40 hours / week) internship during Summer 2026

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: - $59/hr - $75/hr
Zone B: - $53/hr - $68/hr
Zone C: - $49/hr - $62/hr
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
