Skills Strategy Manager
Workera is seeking a Skills Strategy Manager to lead AI-enabled talent transformation initiatives for enterprise clients across India. As the primary advisor, you will guide organizations such as Accenture, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Samsung in leveraging Workera’s skills intelligence platform to accelerate workforce transformation. This role combines advisory, program leadership, and AI-enabled insights to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will own end-to-end deployments, co-design assessments and learning pathways, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure sustained adoption of the platform. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in management consulting, talent strategy, or industrial-organizational psychology, along with strong data-driven decision-making and project management skills. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about making a difference and bringing positive change that would elevate Workera.

Requirements
1. 6+ years in Management Consulting, Human Capital Transformation, or similar advisory roles.
2. Experience in assessment design and AI-enabled talent programs.
3. Proven project management skills, coordinating complex enterprise initiatives.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and executive influencing skills.
5. Fluent in English; ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
6. Preferred: I/O Psychology background, high-growth startup experience, managing large enterprise accounts (ACV $100K+), familiarity with workforce analytics or predictive modeling.

Responsibilities
1. Act as a strategic advisor on workforce transformation and AI readiness for enterprise clients.
2. Co-design custom skills assessments, learning pathways, and AI-enabled transformation programs.
3. Own end-to-end customer deployment: onboarding, launch, adoption, and renewal.
4. Lead cross-functional teams internally and externally to ensure high-impact deployments.
5. Track and analyze engagement, satisfaction, and adoption metrics to optimize programs.
6. Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior program leaders.
7. Contribute to internal best practices, playbooks, and mentoring peers.
