SoC Concept EPM – Data Center
Apple is seeking a Data Center SoC Concept Engineering Program Manager to help shape the future of Apple’s cloud computing and AI infrastructure. In this role, you will work at the intersection of silicon, system, and software to drive the planning and execution of next-generation Data Center SoCs. This is key to enabling Apple Intelligence and Large Language Models. You’ll partner with world-class architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to take visionary ideas from concept to actionable execution plans. Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
2. 10+ years of relevant experience in SoC design, integration, or validation
3. Strong background in SoC product lifecycle and silicon program execution
4. Ability to distill complex technical information for executive and technical audiences
5. Experience managing SoC programs from concept to mass production
6. Proven organizational and strategic planning skills
7. Deep technical understanding across SoC, system, and software layers
8. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
9. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority
10. Ability to multitask in a high-velocity engineering environment

Responsibilities
1. Drive early-stage SoC concept development and program planning
2. Coordinate definition reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation planning
3. Develop and manage detailed schedules for architecture and execution phases
4. Collaborate with SoC, system, and software teams to align on technical direction
5. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and closure on action items
6. Track program metrics, identify dependencies, and manage critical paths
7. Guide adoption of architecture decisions across engineering domains
8. Enable smooth transitions from concept to execution within the SoC lifecycle
9. Lead executive and stakeholder discussions for strategic decision-making
10. Support infrastructure setup and disclosure processes for early-stage projects
