Podcastle is seeking a Social Video Content Creator to craft engaging, platform-native videos that drive awareness and engagement across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll be a key part of the Marketing team, working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Design, and Content to turn Podcastle’s innovative AI tools into shareable, high-impact stories. From ideation to post-production, you’ll own the creative process of developing hooks, scripting, filming, editing, and optimizing videos for performance. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling instincts with a deep understanding of social video trends and data-driven iteration. You’ll help shape Podcastle’s brand voice through compelling, scroll-stopping visuals while collaborating with a passionate team advancing AI-powered media creation. This is a high-impact opportunity to grow your creative influence within a fast-moving, tech-driven environment shaping the future of audio and video storytelling.

Requirements

1. Proven experience creating high-performing social videos (portfolio required).
2. Strong understanding of platform best practices across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
3. Proficiency in video editing and post-production tools.
4. Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and on-screen design principles.
5. Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Sora, Kling, Google Veo).
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
7. Comfortable appearing on camera for branded social content.

1. Ideate and plan short and long-form social video content across platforms.
2. Produce, edit, and optimize videos tailored to platform-specific trends.
3. Collaborate with design and marketing teams for launches and campaigns.
4. Write titles, descriptions, and recommend thumbnails for performance.
5. Track analytics (engagement, retention, share rates) and refine strategies.
6. Experiment with new video formats and creative storytelling approaches.
