Sr. Product Manager, Functions

You bring technical depth. You’re comfortable in discussions about system design, SDKs, and API architecture. You use this understanding to work effectively with engineers and make sound product decisions.

You prioritize effectively. You balance short-term delivery and long-term investment. You know when to experiment, when to refine, and when to scale.

You work iteratively. You’re comfortable evolving strategies and roadmaps based on feedback, metrics, and real-world usage.

You collaborate cross-functionally. You have a pulse on what’s happening across the company and collaborate deeply with other teams to deliver cohesive experiences.

You are a skilled written communicator. Zapier is a 100% remote team and writing is our primary means of communication. You can clearly communicate product strategy, decisions, and vision to varied audiences.

Things You’ll Do
Communicate a vision for Zapier’s Unified Code Experience over the next 3–12 months and build a roadmap to match that vision.

Work in a small, cross-functional team alongside engineering and design to decide what to build next and deliver it.

Talk with users, as well as internal stakeholders to understand pain points and opportunities.

Work closely with engineers to scope and deliver features that balance developer experience, system performance, and cost.

Define and track success metrics and use data to guide prioritization and product strategy.

Collaborate on positioning and go-to-market planning for major product launches.
